On ear: The Breeders – We’re Gonna Rise
I liked Tapes ‘n Tapes’ last record “The Loon”. I thought they had a refreshing view on “indiemusic”. Their new record “Walk It Off” is something different.
Different, but quite good. Not as good as “The Loon” but still an ok album. It takes a bit more time to “consume” than The Loon since it doesn’t have that many “hit-songs”. So, sometimes boring, sometimes brilliant, sometimes just OK.
